呼吸を整えて

ゆっくりと目覚めます。



午前６時３０分。



気が付けば

カーテン越しに光があり



窓の向こうから

太陽が照らしています。



冬の迫った夜明けの光は

何処か柔らかで


優しい雰囲気がありますね。



騒がしくしていた小鳥達も

今朝は静かで



一段と寒さを増した中

暖まるまで眠っているのでしょうか。



真っ直ぐに光に包まれ

静寂の風景を眺めると



それは何処か懐かしく

穏やかな気持ちになります。



休ませた体に

少しずつ力を注ぎ入れ



今日も

一日を始めます。

There is light over a curtain



From the other side of the window

The sun lights it up.



The light of the winter daybreak that approached

Slightly soft


There is a gentle atmosphere.



As for the small birds which I made noisy

It is quiet this morning



While I added to cold remarkably

Will you sleep until you warm?



Be wrapped straight up in light

When I look at scenery of the quietness



I feel nostalgic for it slightly

I feel calm.



To the body which let you take a rest

I concentrate power little by little, and enter



Today

I begin a day.
